Meet Ju

Hi, I’m Ju. I grew up living for sport. From a young age, I competed in track and field and alpine skiing. Since 2017, bodybuilding has shaped my approach to training; through injuries and multiple surgeries I’ve gained firsthand experience that has helped me to understand how the body moves, recovers, and grows stronger.

During my sessions I blend techniques from bodybuilding, functional training, and Pilates to create the perfect program for my clients. My programs are tailor made to build strength, stability, mobility, and confidence. I push you to your limit without pushing you over.

Your training should reflect your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. My mission is to help you move pain-free, train smarter, and be the best version of yourself. My years of experience have taught me how to create sustainable, individualised programs where strength, movement, and balance work together for life. Together, we'll unlock your full potential.
